Shipping policy

> Region : Hong Kong SAR

Delivery Time: Products will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery Method: 
1) Order amount at HK$400 or above will have no shipping fee and will be delivered to door (Including residential address, SF Express station, convenience store or e-locker).
2) Order amount below HK$400 will have a shipping fee of HK$30 per shipment and will be delivered to door (Including residential address, SF Express station, convenience store or e-locker).

Note:
- We use SF Express as our courier for delivery to Hong Kong address. SF Express normally requires 1 to 2 working days for delivery to door
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. The email will contain a SF Express tracking code that you can use to track your order status

> Region : Macau SAR

Delivery Time: Products will be dispatched within 4 working days.
Delivery Method: 
1) Order amount at HK$800 or above will have no shipping fee and will be delivered to door (Including residential address).
2) Order amount below HK$800 will have a shipping fee of HK$50 per shipment and will be delivered to door (Including residential address).

Note:
- We use SF Express and Hong Kong Post as our couriers for delivery to Macau address. Hong Kong Post registered postage requires the recipients to provide ID for verification at the time of delivery, therefore please make sure you uses your full name as shown on your ID when you place your order. 

> Region : Mainland China, Taiwan and Malaysia

Delivery Time: Products will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Delivery Method: 
1) Order amount at HK$1500 or above will have no shipping fee and will be delivered to door (Including residential address).
2) Order amount below HK$1500 will have a shipping fee of HK$100 per shipment and will be delivered to door (Including residential address).
